SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW AND LEGAL STANDING

This website is operated by ORONST ORBITAL. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ORONST ORBITAL. ORONST ORBITAL offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing virtual assets from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

ORONST ORBITAL functions as an independent intermediary for the transfer of digital entitlements associated with the "Star Citizen" project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Roberts Space Industries (RSI) or Cloud Imperium Games (CIG). All assets traded are subject to the original developer's End User License Agreement (EULA).

SECTION 2 - NATURE OF VIRTUAL ASSETS AND OWNERSHIP

The Client acknowledges that the ships, packages, items, and store credits (collectively referred to as "Assets") listed on this platform are digital goods. The transfer of these Assets is conducted via the RSI "Gifting" system.

Ownership is deemed fully transferred once the Asset has been successfully dispatched from the Provider’s account and accepted (claimed) by the recipient account associated with the email address provided by the Client. Upon acceptance, the Provider’s obligation is fulfilled in its entirety, and the Provider retains no further control or liability over said Asset.

SECTION 3 - TRANSACTIONAL SECURITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION

To maintain the integrity of our trade network, all transactions are processed via secured third-party financial gateways (primarily PayPal). By initiating a transaction, the Client authorizes the Provider to record and store critical transactional telemetry, including but not limited to:

• The Client’s RSI Handle and linked email address.
• Transaction IDs and UEE-generated gift confirmation codes.
• IP addresses and correspondence timestamps.

This data is retained for defensive purposes. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or fraudulent claim, ORONST ORBITAL reserves the right to provide this telemetry to financial institutions, payment processors, and legal authorities to verify the successful delivery of the digital goods.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Valuations for assets submitted via our "Sell to Us" terminal are dynamic and reflect real-time market fluctuations. A quote is only binding for the duration specified during the offer stage.

SECTION 6 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

In no case shall ORONST ORBITAL, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

This includes liability for any RSI account restrictions, "reclamations" by original owners (for which we provide a 100% security guarantee as original owners ourselves), or shifts in game policy by CIG that may affect the utility or value of the digital assets.

SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
