Refund policy

1. NATURE OF DIGITAL ASSETS AND FINALITY OF SALE

All products and services offered by ORONST ORBITAL are digital assets associated with the Star Citizen universe. Due to the technical nature of these assets—specifically their permanent and irreversible transfer via the RSI "Gifting" system—all successful deliveries are considered FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a digital asset has been dispatched to the Client’s provided email address and subsequently "Claimed" or redeemed within the RSI ecosystem, the asset becomes an inseparable part of the recipient's account. At this juncture, the asset is no longer under the control of ORONST ORBITAL and cannot be returned, restocked, or resold as a pristine asset.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION PROTOCOL (PRE-DELIVERY)

Clients may request an order cancellation provided the asset has not yet been dispatched from the Provider’s hangar. To initiate a cancellation, the Client must contact support@oronst.space with the subject line "URGENT: ORDER CANCELLATION [Order #]".

Upon approval of a pre-delivery cancellation, a 15% Administrative Fee will be applied. This fee is non-negotiable and serves two primary purposes:

  • To recover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
  • To compensate for the operational labor and manifest adjustment required to re-allocate the asset within the Oronst Trade Network.

3. THE "RECRUIT" PROTECTION ADVISORY

ORONST ORBITAL adheres to a philosophy of operational transparency. We recognize that new players may occasionally experience "buyer's remorse" or technical incompatibility with the Star Citizen software.

If your initial pledge or purchase was made within the last 30 standard days, we strongly advise against a secondary market transaction. Instead, you should contact RSI SUPPORT directly to request a 100% full refund under the developer’s statutory policy. This remains the most financially sound path for new recruits navigating the verse for the first time.

4. ASSET DISCREPANCIES AND INCORRECT DELIVERY

In the rare event that the delivered asset does not match the specifications of the order (e.g., incorrect ship model or missing insurance attributes), the Client must notify the Provider within 24 hours of receipt. Upon verification of the technical discrepancy, ORONST ORBITAL will initiate a corrective transfer or, if a correction is not feasible, a full refund of the purchase price.

5. EXTERNAL POLICY SHIFTS AND BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS

Star Citizen is an evolving simulation currently in active development. ORONST ORBITAL shall not be held liable, nor will refunds be issued, for changes to ship statistics, gameplay mechanics, insurance durations, or EULA modifications implemented by Cloud Imperium Games (CIG) or Roberts Space Industries (RSI) after the completion of a transaction.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Initiating a chargeback or a financial dispute for a successfully delivered and claimed digital asset is considered a violation of these terms. ORONST ORBITAL maintains a permanent digital audit trail of all gift fulfillments. We reserve the right to defend the integrity of our transactions by providing full evidence of delivery to financial institutions and relevant legal jurisdictions.
